Urgent\u00a0!Derniers jours DONC pour  informer les salari\u00e9s !\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  EXPLICATIONS\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  L\u2019importante  loi n\u00b0 2022-1158 du 16 ao\u00fbt 2022 portant mesures d&#8217;urgence pour la protection du pouvoir d&#8217;achat,permet, en ses articles II \u00e0 VI,  aux salari\u00e9s de d\u00e9bloquer les sommes acquises au titre de la participation (et aussi de l&#8217;int\u00e9ressement), plac\u00e9es sur un Plan d&#8217;\u00e9pargne entreprise (PEE) avant le 1er janvier 2022. Le retrait ne doit pas d\u00e9passer la somme de 10 000 \u20ac et doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 au plus tard le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2022.l&#8217;employeur A L&#8217;obligation d&#8217;informer les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de cette d\u00e9rogation.
